Giallo d’Istria

Giallo d’Istria is an elegant natural stone from Croatia’s Istria region, also known as Istrian Yellow. Quarried near Bale and Kanfanar, its name reflects its origin. The limestone features warm yellow tones, from soft gold to hazelnut, with subtle brown speckles.To create harmony between „Vandens Formos“ project and its surroundings, the facade is clad in natural stone, shaped using split-face technology. This surface gently reflects light while remaining highly durable. Giallo d’Istria stone is frost and salt-resistant, with low porosity that protects it from moisture.
Ipe wood

Ipe wood comes from Handroanthus trees, native to South and Central America. Known for its exceptional hardness, it naturally resists weather, insects, and even fire. In „Vandens Formos“ project, Ipe adds warmth and balance to the cool stone and textured clay tiles. Its deep brown tones give the facade a welcoming character. FSC-certified sourcing ensures sustainability and supports the preservation of tropical rainforests and other ecosystems.
INAX Sazanami tiles

INAX Sazanami tiles are handmade Japanese ceramic tiles, each crafted individually. Their three-dimensional relief echoes gently merging waves, creating a subtle play of light and shadow. The tiles are unglazed, preserving the natural texture of clay. Produced using traditional techniques rather than mass manufacturing, they bring an artisanal quality to the facade. Their small format introduces a delicate rhythm and adds a modern, oriental nuance.
IRANIAN MARBLE

Iranian marble is a striking natural stone, prized for its unique patterns, rich hues, and naturally formed veining. Each marble slab is one-of-a-kind—a design created by nature that is never exactly replicated.

In the "Water Forms" project, Iranian marble was selected to embody a sense of subtle, understated luxury. The stone’s natural texture, depth of color, and light-reflecting qualities lend the interior a distinctive character while maintaining an atmosphere of calm elegance.

Marble is valued not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its strength and durability—a material whose value and beauty endure over time.
BRAZILIAN GRANITE

Perfect White and Colonial White are natural granites quarried in Brazil that were selected for the flooring at "Vandens formos." The light tones of the stone and the natural patterning—unique to each slab—create a cohesive yet dynamic floor surface.

These granites are exceptionally durable and wear-resistant, making them ideal for high-traffic areas. Additionally, the light-colored stone helps reflect natural light, keeping the spaces feeling airy and bright.
INDIAN LIMESTONE

White Indian limestone was selected for all the outdoor pathways at "Water Forms." The light-colored stone surface lends an air of lightness to the surroundings, accentuates architectural lines, and creates a subtle contrast with the greenery.

Natural limestone is prized for its strength and durability, while its textured surface makes it a practical choice for outdoor spaces. The white stone becomes a key element of the entire exterior—from the entrances to the paths surrounding the building.

The water-shaped facade of the building is a WORK OF ART

The facade of this luxury project is made of exclusive materials that emphasise its uniqueness and quality. One of them is Jalo Distria limestone from Croatia, which is individually shaped using special split-face technology, giving the facade an elegant and modern look.

The other side of the facade is covered with handmade Japanese clay tiles, whose special small format brings an unusual and sophisticated touch. Brazilian Ipe wood completes the combination and enriches it organically.

Top-quality windows for a unique view

Schuco aluminium windows are distinguished by their first-class quality and durability, providing strong protection against environmental influences while isolating noise. They offer excellent thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and helping save energy. Their design maximises the use of natural light and creates a sleek, modern aesthetic.

A smart home for a relaxed lifestyle

The KNX smart home system connects all the devices in your home into a harmonious whole, allowing you to control lighting, heating, or security with just one click.
